Formerly military housing from the 1940s and currently owned by a U.S. Navy Sailor, this home is located six houses from the front gate of Corry Station, a short 2-minute walk. Downtown and NAS are a 9-minute drive.

1,550 Sq Ft. of tasteful decor and an open living/kitchen floor plan, this cottage is bright and cozy. Within the home, there are 3 elegant bedrooms each with blackout curtains and memory foam beds dressed in hotel-quality linen and bedding for a restful nights sleep along with plenty of storage space for you to unpack and make yourself at home. The high-speed WIFI,
self-check-in, and full work-from-home setup will make you wish you could stay even longer.

TVs with hundreds of channels are in 2 bedrooms and the living room. The 3rd bedroom doubles as an office, with a work desk, 22” LED monitor, light-up USB keyboard, USB mouse, and a whiteboard.

Indulge your inner chef in this newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertop space to prepare your favorite meal or snack with bar seating and an additional dining room with seating for six guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, a 26 pc cooking utensil set, wine
glasses, shot glasses, plates/bowls, serving/mixing bowls, storage containers, a French press, 17 pc carbon steel chef knife set, oven mitts, measuring cups/spoons, hand towels, corkscrew, cocktail bartender kit, bamboo cutting boards, can opener, steel baking sheets, 36 pc cutlery set, and a blue/gold 40+ pc fine China dining set.

The outside enclosed/covered patio adds additional seating to unwind and relax while grilling dinner on the propane gas personal grill.
Guests can experience the excitement of a tournament-grade foosball table underneath the Neon sign in the Flamingo room. Monopoly, twister, a full poker set, what do you meme, and Dominos games are located in the fireplace seating area.

Well established, friendly neighborhood. Corry Station is within walking distance. NAS is a short 10 minute drive. Grocery stores, fast food, and locally owned restaurants are nearby.

Carport parking is available and also street parking.

 A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, and
laundry pods are provided to our guests to get thru the first two nights.
 The fireplace is decommissioned, and access is not provided to a storage shed located
on the rear of the property.
 The entire house has heating and cooling. The dining room has a 12000 BTU ductless
heating/cooling mini split.
 The washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies (dustpan, broom, vacuum) are at your disposal.
 The exterior of the home is equipped with a security/surveillance system.
 We do not supply personal body soaps or shampoos.

Suggestions for items to bring for your stay:
 HDMI input adapter for your laptop for the work-from-home desk.
 Personal shampoo and soap and other personal items.
 Paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent.
 Beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
